Project Details:

CCI was hired as Design-Builder at Guaranteed Maximum Price, and was responsible for the design team for Evergreen Hall on the University of Minnesota, Crookston, campus. From more than 2,500 nominated projects, Evergreen Hall was selected as a Green Building of America. Itís a new style residence hall where students live apartment-style, and itís the first LEED-certified residence hall in the University of Minnesota system. Itís the second residential life building of this type that weíve built at U of M Ė Crookston. Evergreen is a two-story, wood-framed building with masonry exterior. Its 53,200-square-foot space includes: 32, 2-bedroom units; two, 1-bedroom units; two studios; integrated commons and support spaces, including a state-of-the-art classroom and a multipurpose gathering space with a full-service kitchen.
