Project Details:

CCI was responsible for the brick exterior package and the interior finish package of the Alerus Center.The interior package included framing, drywall, interior finishes, fireproofing and specialties. This event venue is home to University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux football, sports tournaments of nearly every level, concerts, family shows, holiday shows, weddings, banquets and international association conventions. The arena can seat up to 21,000 with various configurations. The 26,000-square-foot grand ballroom separates into five individual rooms. The building also includes: 12 meeting rooms ranging in size from 620-1,330 square feet; two locker rooms that can be divided into eight locker rooms; eight dressing rooms with separate baths for coaches; two dressing rooms with private baths for game officials/star performers; 18 suites; video boards/scoreboards; concessions on every level and a food court; ticketing areas; BOSE sound systems; show-ready electrical, lights, staging, intercoms and A/V; fully equipped press box; elevators, loading docks and catwalks; Astro Turf Magic Carpet and field equipment; and full-service catering on site.
