Brad Tweten
Brad started with Community Contractors, Inc. in 2015. He is the land and location developer. Brad Oversees the acquisition of property and the subsequent planning and construction use of land. He takes into account the property value, economic trends, zoning ordinances when assessing land for potential projects and the market analysis completed. Some of his recent markets he has analyzed include; North Dakota -Wahpeton, Beulah, Hazen, Bismarck/Mandan, South Dakota - Aberdeen, Rapid City, Mitchell, Yankton and Sioux City IA/SD/NE.
