Choice Wellness Center

Our team was hired as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Choice Health & Wellness project.  We managed the project from design through construction completion.  At the final design phase, we worked in partnership with EAPC Architects and the GF Park District  to save $3 million when funds were tight, without sacrificing quality or size. The 160,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center consists of a water park area, six tennis courts with an observation mezzanine, three racquetball courts, a two-basketball court gymnasium, full-service men’s and women’s locker rooms, a two-lane running/walking track, kid zone and daycare, as well as fitness areas. In addition, there are office spaces for Altru/Truyu, USDA Research and Development, and a café.
