Korey Elde

Project Manager

As a CCI associate since 2000, Korey stays in constant, clear contact with architects, subcontractors, and project owners. He controls project budgets, negotiates change orders, develops and oversees project schedules, forecasts all major milestones, maintains paperwork, secures approvals, handles supplier & subcontractor payments and approvals, and ensures all on-site workmanship and activities comply with drawings and specifications. Korey has experience working within Total Quality Management systems. He was the project manager for the interior bid package of the Ralph Engelstad Arena, along with overseeing that all project safety guidelines were being followed. Korey was the Senior Project Manager on the Canad Inns project, where he was responsible for the project cost estimation and preconstruction tasks. Korey was also project manager for the Hilton Garden Inn and both Grand Forks Lithia locations. In addition, Korey manages our Custom Woodworking Division.

He spends much of his free time cheering on his kids in baseball, swimming, and softball. Korey also enjoys golfing, fishing, and rooting for the UND hockey team.
